Last updated: March 31, 2026
By using weNow ("the app", "the service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Description of Service
weNow is a weather application that aggregates data from multiple weather providers to give you accurate, real-time forecasts. The app is available on Android, and as a web application at wenow.name/app.
2. Use of the Service
You may use weNow for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use automated systems to make excessive API requests
- Redistribute the app or its data for commercial purposes
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
3. Weather Data Accuracy
weNow aggregates weather data from multiple third-party providers. While we strive to present accurate information by combining multiple sources, weather data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. You should not rely solely on weNow for decisions where inaccurate weather information could result in harm, property damage, or financial loss.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
5. Premium Features
weNow may offer premium features through in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the respective app store (Google Play, Apple App Store) and managed through RevenueCat. Refund policies are governed by the app store where the purchase was made.
6. User Feedback
Feedback submitted through the app is anonymous and may be used to improve the service. By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for product improvement.
7. Intellectual Property
The weNow app, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of its creators. Weather data is sourced from third-party providers under their respective licenses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, weNow and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages from reliance on weather data provided.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service for users who violate these terms or abuse the service (e.g., excessive automated requests).
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service operator resides.
